- If you are using suppliers that we don’t currently deal with, we will vet them on your behalf to ensure they are legitimate and have a successful track record of dealing with overseas customers. This includes on-site visits by our China based staff to check on factory conditions and ethical trading conditions;
- Ensure that briefs, product specifications and orders are still clear and accurate after translation;
- Organise shipment to the UK;
- Track and monitor orders to ensure they don’t get lost in transit.
When is comes to outsourcing to China, we also understand the value of being a significant customer. Rather than simply directing you to obvious larger factories, where your order would be just one of many, we can direct our staff on the ground to find less well known factories. This way your orders would be a significant proportion of their production, ensuring you receive their full attention and best possible prices.
